Active Tuned Mass Module

Just bought a new '22 Laramie 1500 Hemi e-torque. I read about the active tuned mass modules that are supposed to be on the frame rails, but I dont have them. I have one of the barbell weight type ones on the passenger side frame rail, and nothing on the drivers. I can see the wires and plugs bundled up where they should be mounted. What gives? Is this a part they ran out of due to chip shortage or something?

Ditto for my 2500. Parts system doesn’t show the part for 22 models in my case. Cheap ******** deleted parts, but they sure didn’t lower the price.

Wow, I didn’t feel like I needed to inspect the truck at the dealership before delivery to see if all the mechanical parts that were supposed to be there were attached….
