Adding A Camper Shell

Today I put half down on a new camper shell for my RAM 1500. It won't be ready for a few weeks since they have to paint it and all. However, I have a toolbox in my bed that hangs over the sides. I'm going to have to replace that with a side bed box of some sort. I'm early in the process of looking for one and haven't seen anything I liked yet. So I'm wondering if you guys have, or have seen a link so something that will work well and be accessible from the back of the truck

I used to have a flush mount box that a friend of mine cut and solder to make it fit inside of the wheel well. You can see it in this video. I take it out already because I make 2 drawers.

One thing I didn't think about though. The lights in the bed. I guess I can move them if need be

Probably too late since you already orderd, but my ARE cap has the optionally swing up side windows (side windows open just like the rear window) and has tool boxes/shelves right inside those side windows. Really nice option to put small items in there and really doesn't take up any bed space.

Does anybody have the dimeson for a snug top? I have a toolbox that sits inside, I need to know if I can still open it, looks like I have about an inch of clearance on either side.
