So I got a killer deal on the JL Audio stealthbox with two 10s. I have a 2011 crew cab with the Alpine. Talking to the shop about putting a JL 600 mono for the stealthbox. Do you think the door and dash speakers are good enough to run with this box? Trying to keep my cost down but want it to sound good and hit hard too. Also really didn't want to replace the head unit.

Try out the subs nothing lost doing that, then you can see if you like the sound with stock speakers

I just had the single JL stealth installed with a Kicker IQ 1000.5 which has a built in DSP,with the factory VP4 and upgraded kicker door and dash speakers. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, it took the shop over 4 hours just to tune it but well worth it, sounds incredible. The owner of the shop was so impressed with the amp,he bought one for his truck as well. According to him it has the same tuning capability of the high end Mosconi. The software for the amp can be downloaded for free to your pc and you can tune the system yourself .
