Does someone make an insert for the large cubby on center console trucks that adds additional cup holders?

I got one of those door pocket cupholders, trimmed it down and put it in the large compartment in the console after looking for something that would fit it and not finding anything.

At first I was going to note the double bottle holders in the doors, the three large(-ish) holders in the center console, the three(?) in the back, then make a joke about having only one mouth, but...

...then I realized something: I use all three holders in the center console all by myself: One for smokes, one for the ashtray, and one for the coffee.

So, umm, I'll just watch now.

How come the drivers door foam insert is so much more than the passenger side? I wanted both, but the much higher price for the drivers door was a deal breaker.

my 2014 Laramie Limited has two in the center console, large pockets int he door that wont hold anything upright and two in back for the kids. the bench seat trucks have 3 in the middle.

This is the one thing about the rams I can't stand. There should be an option to insert two more like OP is talking about to configure more like an F250 where you have all 4. Often times my wife and I will be on a road trip with dogs in the back seat, each start with a Yeti type cup, and then we'll stop somewhere for lunch. Now we have 2 yetis and two cups, with 2 cupholders between us (door pocket ones are too small). This doesn't even take into consideration a spit cup, so sometimes there's 5.

It's obviously a minor thing, but something I never understood for the life of me.

THIS.

I am coming from an F-250. When I started out on a trip I had a bottle of water and my coffee cup. x2 for my co-pilot...that is 4 items.

Even on the Chevy/GMC I've seen buddies who inserted another set because there's enough room. But inexplicably, Ram doesn't make them.

Hah...you guys have never taken a long road trip in Cayenne, right? There's only two real cup holders between the driver and front passenger! There are water bottle holders in the doors, but those don't count...backseaters aren't in better shape, either. There's only two for the second row...in the center seat folding armrest. Of course, we are talking two totally different approaches to building vehicles, but still; c'mon, don't Germans drink?

As for a cheap source of the Ram door cup holders, did you ever think about lifting some from a rental? I won't admit to it, but my old RCSB eventually got a pair...

Today I took the unneeded foam insert from my passenger door , trimmed it and put in in my console. My 2014 had a jump seat with 3 cup holders in the armrest. I have missed that ever since I got my 2018 with a console with only 2 cup holders. Thanks for the great idea!

Ive been looking for the last week for a way of adding cup holders in that spot and I've had no luck. I have the foam inserts in both doors but don't want to use those. Trying find something that looks more factory.
