I was told today by someone with a late model Chevy that he was able to make an adjustment on his rear suspension so it wasn't squatting any while towing. I plan on getting airbags in the next month or so, but I was kind of wondering what other DIY adjustments can be done as well. My trailer is rated at 860 lbs on the tongue, which is on the high side without some extra suspension help. Any advice is appreciated. I just want a beefier suspension before I take this thing beyond 30 miles from the house. I'm equipped with a 90-00-1000 Equal-i-zer hitch and that makes a major difference with the sway. Is there an adjustment on that particular hitch that might help too?
