Aftermarket foldout wiper arms?

Does anyone make aftermarket wiper arms that can actually fold out? Wiper arms aren't exactly a common thing to mod but for ones as dumb as the 2nd gen ram ones that can't fold out when you're expecting snow I figure someone out there has to make one.

None that im aware of. Couldn't be too difficult to retrofit another set though as most just have a splined end that i wouldnt be surprised if it was fairly universal.
