Aftermarket heated seats?

I have a 2008 1500 ST and I would like to add heated seats in the near future. I have been told to just buy cheap ones off amazon and connect them to the 12v power outlet, however I would like to leave the outlet open as I use it to charge my phone. What are my options? Can I go to a scrap yard and get seats of another Ram or will a Ram dealer be able to install aftermarket heaters that are wired to the power supply of the truck?

There are a few companies that make the heating elements for heated seats. They'll sell you a complete kit with wiring and switches. I was looking for that on my previous truck and found 2-3 places (besides ebay).
