Aftermarket Rear camera help?

Hey all, i purchased a TFT rear view camera, with the 7" display.

The question i need is, the screen comes with a Red wire (to a 12V) black wire (ground) and blue(rear video).....
im wondering where exactly can i run that red 12V too? i have fog lights to my battery already..help would be much appreciated as im really new to this.

also the camera has its power(red) and black(ground) the ground clearly goes into my revers lights, but what about the 7" display screens ground? does that wire go all the way to my rear as well??? if you guys understand what im getting at this would be much easier lol, let me know on your thoughts...

could i just use that? and wire the LCD power to that fuse? not quite sure how that little thing works tho...is it a replacement to my fuse? or do i just stick that guy in a spare open spot.

Link doesn't work. For my aftermarket I ran the red,black and RCA wires to the rear. I than ran wires to the tail light and taped the reverse light. It only comes on when I put it into reverse.
