Air bags not deploying in a 2019 Ram 1500

I was involved in a head on collision, I was going 30mph and no airbags deployed, I have a 2019 Ram 1500 crew cab Longhorn 4x4.

It is totaled, who would I call at Chrysler to tell them about this?

I would have my insurance company file a report to FCA.. They would have more pull I think.. To total a 2019 at 30 is rare I would think.. Sorry for your misfortune though..
