For what it's worth. Good for you for getting that gas mileage. And I wouldn't put anything else on it. You're about at as many MPGs as you can get. And a cai will lower them.
Thanks brother think I'm gonna try it still, you know we would not have trucks as toys if we could not afford the gas : )

That's really impressive mileage. My Hemi gets around 14 on average, but I have a QC 4x4,and hills all around me. I have to agree with the others, I wouldn't even hang a pine tree air freshener in it for fear of jinxing it.

28 MPG? Badass man congrats!

In my opinion, I wouldn't do a intake or exhaust for fear of the truck trying to adapt to the changes in airflow and ruining your gas mileage. I can see modding a 5.7L or even a 4.7L for a little more power, but your not gonna see anything noticeable in a 3.7L from any intake, exhaust, or even a tune. It's just too small of a motor to make a difference. I'd keep it exactly how it is, until you want a bigger more powerful truck... then you get yourself a V8!

Welcome to RF bud!

And guys remember, keep it kind and polite. Were not here to judge or alienate others, so make friends or keep your mouth shut. Thanks!

I have a 2WD longbed. Can't get more than 20 in the 17000 miles I've driven it. it has 60000 now. Also, I can't seem to figure out, even with Wiki, what transmission I have. I want to keep my bands in adjustment.
