Has anyone installed a set of airlift 1000 airbags in a lowered truck? Do the bags fit properly with in the lowered springs? I'm going to be towing a 7x11 enclosed trailer which is pretty heavy about 500 miles and I have lowered the rear of the truck. I'm thinking the airlift bags will help but I'm concerned that the bags wont fit the shorter springs

My understanding is that if you only have a 2" rear drop, they will be fine. With a 4" rear drop, you have to use the bags that are made for Durangos.

Does anyone know the year or have the part number for the air lift 1000 bags for the Durango that I'd need to use for the drop springs in my 2011?

I have 4” drop in rear and installed the ones used on Durango and work well. Not heavy duty but work well with 1000+ lbs when I haul my motorcycle.

I ordered the Airlift 60824 Durango bags for my 2010 CC with a 2/2 drop but after replacing all 4 rear control arms, the truck tightened up so much I decided it didn't need them and sent them back.
They were a quality kit, with your choice of one valve tee'd to both or each bag with it's own.
Amazon had them for $95.

I run mine at 5-10 psi now. Used to to run 25-30 but it was too stiff. My buddy has the Firestone airbags from ihc on his f150 for towing his camper and says their the ****
