Whats my best route for leveling my truck with payload? Would a air spring do the trick or should i go with the air suspension? I like the timbrens easy to install and i dont have to worry about air pressure but am i going to feel a rough ride while under load? I may have heavy loads in my truck a dozen times a year so i dont want this to effect my ride for the remainder of the time also.

Go with a set of Airlift 5000 or Timber Grove airbags. They are both a no cut install and can level out no matter what you throw at them(this does not make them a replacement for a WDH while towing though). I use an inexpensive battery powered tire inflater to air mine up.
The drawback to the airbag inside the coil spring is you have to fully inflate them before you load the truck. With Timbrens some people complain about a rough ride if there isn't enough weight in the bed to keep them touching the rear axle.

Thanks crash68.
Sounds like what ive researched is what your telling me. Luckily i don't do much towing its more heavy masonry loads or sheetrock. Is it a ***** to inflate the bags when you need them?

It's not bad for them amount of times I need to use them, usually about a minute or two. I also have a larger airbag from TLC, unfortunately they are no longer available. I have this pump: Fineed Portable Air Compressor Pump, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019FIERRO/
You might want to consider an Airlift WirelessOne compressor set up
Air Lift 25980EZ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FF84YZC/
or the older version: Air Lift 25870 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005JUX1S4/
A dual circuit air system to inflate the airbags is only needed if you heavily side load the truck like with a slide in bed camper.

I have the Timber Grove ASAMs and the Air Lift WirelessOne (Gen1) setup on my truck. It works good.

My experience with timbren style load enhancers is the are rough if you are just short of engagement. If you are fully off or full on they ride fine. If you bouncing off them they ride rough as the effective spring rate spikes when you hit them. Proper adjustment of the height for your normal unloaded weight keeps them from riding rough.

My Timbrens have about 1 1/2 inch clearance and unless I hit big potholes it rides pretty good

Are there any airbag systems out there that I can add onto my installed tank and compressor?

You just need the valving and pressure guage from the tank to the air bags of your choice. Air Lift, Timber Grove, Firestone, etc.
You can get manual valves w/gauges or electric versions.

Thanks! I wasn't sure exactly how pressurizing airbags worked - if they simply used a compressor and turned it off at the correct PSI, or if I could use a tank and some sort of valve.

I ran the Timber Grove ASAM (air springs) like the suggested in their install video. I then hooked up the Air Lift WirelessOne and used a T-fitting quick connect supplied with the WirelessOne and ran the air line back to the fitting. The air pressure manifold controls the pressure to the air springs and is accurate to how much psi is in the air springs.

If you already have on board air, I would just run the Schrader valve to where it is close to you air hookup and fill the springs as needed and check psi with a psi gauge.

Another vote for air bags. They are great help when you need them and out of your way when you don't. An on board compressor would be nice but not totally needed. I bet if I added up all the time I've spent adding and taking air of my manual bags (over the last 15 years) I'd be under 5% of how long it takes to install a compressor. If you already have it and can hook it up, great. My point, is time spent filling bags is super minimal.

I will be honest with you I had to put airbags in and went with the best in the business from what I could tell Timber grove. As you notice I said HAD to go with Airbags. If I had a single rear wheel with leaf springs there is absolutely hands down go with the Road Master Active suspension. The RAS system does so much more to fix every issue with your tucks suspension. I hate that they will not work on a dually. So if you have leaf springs seriously consider this system. if you do not then Talk to Steve at Timber Grove. I am very happy with his product. Call talk to him and let him know what you are trying to do. He will put it together for you and send it. To give you an example of the quality 2 bags and a couple fittings were 55lbs. Very heavy duty. But still bitter about the RAS not fitting. LOL

I am running the Timber Grove bags, with the Airlift Wireless One (2nd Gen) compressor. Awesome setup. I ran the manual inflation valve through one of the license plate holes (with a little modification needed)...

I try to avoid a single point of failure that is going to end a road trip. For that reason I went with SuperSprings that took me an hour to install and i have not had to touch them or do anything over the past 8 years.
