I hoping someone can help me out....I am trying to read my pin on my 2020 Ram 1500 limited using AlfaOBD and each time I run the procedure I get a error message. (See pics). I've tried doing it with the Ignition in the ON position (engine not running) and I even followed the instructions on AlfaOBD that says to try it with the ignition in the off position if the process fails.

If I do it with the ignition in the ON position it starts reading the RFHUB, but then about 30 seconds into the procedure it shuts the truck off completely and I get the error message afterwards.

If I do it with the ignition in the Off position it starts, then simply fails.

I am using a gateway bypass and it connects without issue to the RF Hub, so its not that.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I've had a similar issue.. I think we have the same bypass cable and from my understanding the particular cable lets you connect to RFHUB but doesn't actually let you change any functions(only BCM)... have you tried doing anything else under RFHUB without it failing as well?
