If i change in Cab Net: Blind Spot Module to "Enable" and Blind Spot Sensor to "Enable" will I now have blind spot detection???

Not likely. You need to have the modules in your taillights as well as the correct mirrors. you can order a kit with all that stuff, but it isn't cheap.

I added it to my 4th Gen. This is a great thread on how to do it. Roman made my harness and is a big help if you have any questions.Do you know what years that could be done on? Our new Jeep has it and really wish my 2015 did as well. Last time I asked I was told here to "learn how to drive and use the mirrors".

Do you still build the harnesses?The taillights came from Mopar (well eBay) and I made the conversion harness & module myself.
