2013 ram 1500 tradesman. I had to replace my ra2 because it wouldn't off and restart every 3 minutes. Replaced with a 2015 ra2 my original radio was flashed for the trailer brake so I was hoping I could do the same with this one with the alfaobd but the settings for trailer select/name/type don't even appear in the app. I even tried the jscan and it says " ecu response message is not correct (length ), adaptation can't be preformed. So how can I program the radio to see trailer options? Do I have to take it to the dealer to be flashed?
