I have a 2014 5.7 1500. Every time I try to program the new keys in the off position, AlfaOBD says the ignition is NOT in the off/locked position. Any help would be appreciated. I have my pin.

Never preformed the function but I’d look at a bing search and the position of the ignition in relation to the use of the key fob buttons.

I've only performed the function once to program two extra keys and it went without any problems. I don't even remember the procedure now. You might try clearing things out by disconnecting the battery for about 20 minutes. Then reconnect and try again.
