I have the bilsteins front and rear and initially set them at 1.4 up front. Took the truck to Chrysler and had it realigned as I had to replace one of the upper control arms as the boot got torn. Today I raised the fronts to 2.1 and added TGC 1" spacers in the rear. Liking the look and looking forward to the 275/65r20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. My question is do you think I need a realignment going from 1.4 to 2.1 ?

Unfortunately, you should get it realigned, to ensure proper tire wear, expecially on the new expensive grapplers.

And at 2.1 you could run 295/60’s ... Just a thought

How did you raise the fronts ?
On the truck?
Just moved the clip?

I put my 275-65-20 Grappler G2s on today . What a difference after 6000 miles with 10ply 35-12.50-20s . Went from 34.5 to 34.09 , big deal and an inch narrower but 20lbs lighter per tire and SL rated like the OE GY's . Raining today so I limited my self to 110 mph and not a vibe . Truck feels like new again Happy as a Clam as they say....
