Installed new 2” spacer on drivers side that was missing. Also replaced upper control arm. Around 35 mph truck vibrates. Does it need alignment. Truck was driving okay before this.

The driver side spacer was missing when truck was bought. Installed 2”spacer and replaced control arm. Budging was blown out. Around 35 truck front end vibrates. Can it be alignment

What spacer are you talking about? Why did you replace the control arm?

Questions still stand, but with the lack of other useful info I would still lean towards yes an alignment may be useful. If you started swapping parts and don't know what you're doing its very possible you screwed something up.

Bad alignment shouldn’t cause vibrations, obvious suspect is the spacers. Especially since you probably used Amazon specials
