Alpha OBD

I heard the Alpha OBD wont work on 5th gen trucks. Can anyone confirm this or has anyone used it? I have a 2020 2500 with the 6.4, looking to add some options as i have a tradesmen level 2. Would like to know for sure before paying for everything.

It does. Many people here with 5gen have and using it. I have both android and windows version. Using it with my 5th gen Rebel.

You need security by-pass cable or module if you have 2018+

could you send a link to the bypass cable you have. the only ones I found say for Cummins only.

What Crash said. I have Alphaobd on my phone, the MX+ and the Kaodtech bypass. Works perfect on my 2021 2500 6.4 gas.

For my 2020 3500, Cummins HO I use Alpha on my phone or my PC using an OBDlink MX, MX+ or EX and a Kaodtech bypass cable. OBDlink products will work on any Ram configuration
