Hi everyone , see alot of people talking about the alphaobd and changing settings on your truck . Does it also work to check codes clear codes or is that another tool ?

Yes it can check & clear codes that most obdII scan tools can't. Danielmid's link posted in the 2nd reply above explains most, if not all of it. Well worth the money. I've reset my bulbs from halogen to LED in the system and changed the tire pressure alarm levels recently with it.
