Alternators and Batteries

If I'm installing 2 amps one being an JL audio 400 4 channel and a 600 JL audio 2 channel will I need a stronger alternator for my 2013 Ram 1500? Will an extra battery be necessary?

You will be in very good shape with the factory charging system with those amps.

What charonblk07 said. Your system isn't going to have enough current draw to affect your stock wiring.

That's perfect. I just got my receiver and 6x9s and the amps are on the way
