Am / Fm Antenna Delete

Ok, I have searched and looked on the web, is there an Am/Fm antenna delete out there? Is there a way to relocate the Am/Fm antenna? The truck would look so much better with out the antenna sticking up out there on the fender, just my opinion. I'm being told that the new trucks do not have the antenna sticking out there, does anyone know what they are using for an Am/Fm source?

I just bought a 2016 and it's still got the big ugly antenna. Doesn't really bother me though.

I don't get it, antenna on the right front fender has been a standard design feature for close to 50+ years on most makes and models.
