So, I was trying to unplug the two ports going to my Pulsar which is piggy backed off the ECU module. I have unplugged them before with no issues. This time however the left plug wouldn't disengage. I noticed the right ride of the plug where the red handle/sprocket combo is,w not seated properly properly allowing it to move the internal locking tabs down. I reseated it and tried a few more times. The last time it broke where the round pin sticks out which is the pvot point for the red handle/sprocket.

So, now I can't get the left plug off at all. If I do get the inner latch to disengage, I would not be able to make it raise back up. Do you fellas know if the parts for that plastic housing and red handle are something that can be purchased?

The piece that broke off is the other side off what you see in the center of the red handle gear piece to the left side of the picture. The little black knob/tit that sticks out is gone now. I may be f#*cked!!!!!

I had the same thing happen too. Pop the whole cover off. There are kinda gear things down there that slide out. Take ur screwdriver and slide up or down to lock and unlock it. Not a major problem just cheap plastic.
In the last pic where the blue things are on the left is where u pry gently. If you look at the top you can see where I pried. Do this evenly for both sides.

They’re a ****** design, the smallest amount of dirt/debris will lock em up. Compressed air, penetrating fluid and not reefing on them are the best tips.
