Question for those who have installed them yourself. What did you use over the any holes you drilled or cuts you made to prevent rusting?

As the rivet holes are on the backside, you can use anything. The holes for the light wires go through the pinch weld, so you could either just touch up the edges with anything (it would be hardly visible), or with you're as pedantic and OCD as I am, I used some OEM touch-up paint. I also used grommets so, the edges were actually hidden even further.

Thanks guys!

Has anybody used an LED strip instead of the OEM LED’s?

Also if your truck is lifted, you can use these 2" extensions. But they will not work on steps made in 2015. Had a guy tell me that on 4th gen rams. Mine were made in 2016

I used to have a '13 ram R/T. Even as a 2WD truck it is a bit of a step up and I am not into lowering. I got a new one last week and it has the tubular steps installed. Hate the look so I am putting AMP steps on it.

I screwed up my knee several years ago and while I am plenty active I a step up and pressure doesn't feel great. These solve my problem and still look good. Yeah, they are bit unusual on a Reg Cab but they will only been seen when getting in and out.
