Amp power steps

I believe this forum has put me over the top and will be ordering a set of AMP power steps, I just have 1 lingering question. I have a '12 1500 with 6" RCX lift, and curious if any parts or brackets were added that would interfere with the amp step functions or mounting?? I hate wondering or finding out half way thru.

You will be fine, nothing interferes with the lift. Unless you have a body lift. Then you will have to do a bit of custom work.

012RAMbo, why do you need to do custom work with a body lift? What is it that needs to be done?

If i remember correctly, the steps will interfere with the body mounts to the frame. I believe you have to trim the body mounts a little bit. I believe there was another way to do it also, but i cant remember. But you for sure have to modify it with a body lift.
