Those are mics. Why do you want to take them out?How would I pull down the ANC speakers without damaging the headliner?
Ahh, the ANC drone. My truck goes in tomorrow for that issue. Instead of pulling them out the headliner you can disconnect them under the drivers seat. There are a few posts on here about it.They are only ANC mics. They are putting a droning sound in the cab, but are supposed to cancel out droning sound from the drive train and engine.
I don't want to rip wires out of a harness. I just want to unplug the speakers in the headliner. Please let me know how your truck does after they work on it. I'll hold off until hear your results. I did pull the ANC fuse and the truck was quieter. But that also killed my radio amp, so I put it back in.Ahh, the ANC drone. My truck goes in tomorrow for that issue. Dealer confirmed. They weren’t able to reproduce but they used my video I took of the sound and rolling the window up down to confirm the ANC issue. Bad news, the new amplifier is backordered with A message stating (more than 45 days).I don't want to rip wires out of a harness. I just want to unplug the speakers in the headliner.
