I guess it just isn't my day. I waited 5 flipping' hours for traffic to die down but then it started raining. It wasn't too bad for about a mile then the sky opened up. It rained so hard I could barely see the road. Not a good night for a test drive. I couldn't hear the engine over the rain pounding on the roof and I darned sure wasn't going to test the power. It did seem to hold speed better than before, though. Then everyone slowed way down and that was the end of that.

Patience my friend. I ran into some similar things but once i got it going thnx to davidram it works GREAT

i updated mine last night also. when i hooked up the updater screen locked up three times finally on the 4th time it completely downloaded all the updates. then it had to prepare all the updates and write them to the tuner and that took another hour or so. havnt hooked it back up to my truck yet to see if anything changed. one thing i did notice though is that when i hooked it up to my computer it said it couldnt find the driver for it. also how do i view a datalog on my computer instead of my tuner?

on a side note from tuner to computer issues, i am having a wierd a shifting problem. in the morning when i start my truck and go to reverse no problems and reverse to drive no problems. in the afternoons when i get off work, mind you its 105ish here in AZ, i start the truck and go to reverse and there is a 3 to 5 second delay, by that i mean i cant feel it go into reverse within the normal one second it usually takes and the same going to reverse to drive. checked trans fluid and it is nice red color and full. i have tried a couple failed attempts at a power brake burnout maybe 2 seconds, let off as soon as i notice the tires arnt breaking loose. how in the hell do i do a damn burnout in this truck? anyways, what could the wierd shifting be caused from? was thinking about going back to a stock tune?

Yes, patience is what I need. When I first got my truck it started raining as I was signing the papers and it didn't stop for a week. It was a week before I could take a really good look at it and play around with it and try out the power and the waiting was driving me crazy.

I thought this morning I'd see what it was like on my drive to work. Usually it is a mix of slow and fast driving. Unfortunately there was an accident and I idled (seriously, almost never touched the gas) almost all the way to work. Patience ... Patience ...
