Another new guy here and already need help

Hey guys just traded in my F-150 3.5 TT for a 1500 5.7 Limited 4x4. I forgot how much I miss that V-8 growl. Got online to order another Bak Flip MX4 which I truly loved only to find out it does't fit with the multi function tailgate. Heck many brands don't fit, what's the deal? I really need a solid cover as we spend many weekends away from home with the side x side at hotels, and parking lots, out of site, out of mind as they say. Didn't really find much with a search here. I did see a Extand Solid 2.0 that says it fits Not trying to be picky at this point but I liked the flush fit on the bed rails and full opening up against the window of the MX4. This one sits on top. Any help would really be appreciated as we have a trip coming up very soon to Moab. Oh yea, nothing rides like a RAM.

I’m going to take a guess on the reason being that it won’t seal properly. Not sure though. The top style probably seals better to the tailgate since it overhangs it some

Welcome to the site, I have the Encore Extang 2.0 and it fits perfectly, I don't have the MFT, got it from a vendor here,@ Tonneau Covered.com, ask for Pete he will hook you up.

Thanks everyone. Just ordered the Extang 2.0. 3-4 weeks out on shipping. Bummer. Was going back and forth between a GMC and the Ram. After a couple of days driving the Ram I now know I made the right choice.
