Another Whistle Thread

2018 RAM 1500 Tradesman

Gave up a while ago, but back to trying again. I do get the whistle noise in my cabin once I exceed 40-50 mph.

Noise persists if AC is on or off. Noise will go away if defrost is turned on. Noise will go away if I switch to outside air.

I removed glove boxes and it does look like recirculation door is fine. I've witnessed it open and close.

Is my issue one of the other HVAC doors or maybe an actuator?

Assume the noise is only with the fan on. Have you tried replacing the air filter? You could also get a scope from Harbor Freight and put it up in the area past the filter to look for a small leaf or other debris in the intake line.
