Anti theft issues!

I have an 07 Dodge 1500 and I broke the key off in the ignition. Lost the fob but had a blank key programmed. The locksmith said I should be able to start the truck as usual. The battery died and the anti theft is now on. I've tried to do the lock all doors. Unlock the driver's side and do 3 on and off as I've read but nothing! What can I do?
