Just found this thread, I'm having the same issue with my passengers side mirror, but the dealership says its not covered under warranty and they want to charge me nearly $3000 for the fix. Has anyone else run into this? @RamCares is this something you can help with?

Other option is to get some used mirrors on EBAY or the like.Wrecking yards should have a few 5th gen trucks also.

The fanciest drivers side power folding mirror cost a bit over $500, plus 1 hours labor. does not equal that amount of money
