I have looked around more than most. I have owned lights from KC, Visionx and Rigid. Various knockoffs in between too. Never Baja Designs however. Baja Designs has the reputation of being the best. Majority of professional race trucks run Baja designs and a vast majority of podium finishes are vehicles running Baja Designs.

I agree they are expensive. However, they truly are the industry standard. This company made the first forward projecting LED light bar. They have been around a long time.

Since no one on this forum is familiar, makes me even more tempted to buy the light and share my impressions.

Which model are you running? Sports? Pros? Xl?

Baja is the best out there but you pay for it. Others may claim more light output on paper but real world you can tell the difference for sure.

The first is the same as the second. The forum did not like the format of the first.

I also like the fact that they have a lot of mounting adjustment. You can see in this pic that the top quads are aimed ahead and the bottom quads are angled for the maximum side view.

Opened the box, unwrapped everything and pulled these out.




Feels rock solid and looks great. I will get a few nights shots for you with my iPhone (photo quality will be subpar but I will try my best).

Would you run this setup over a 20" E-series lighter from rigid?? I'm in the market for a lightbar right now but torn between Baja and Rigid. On paper, rigid has better numbers.

BDs makes great products and I like the fact you can change lens to what ever beam you want. In the next few weeks I'll be putting these on. Quads in fog pockets and 30" in bumper.
