I'm getting a 6" lift on my 1500 next week with 35" Toyo MTs (2 inch wheel spacers). I may be in the minority but I love the flat black stock wheels so I decided to keep them and put the 35s (275x55rx20) on them.

Anyways, does anyone else have a 6inch on 35s setup? Let's see your pics!

Tons of picks on Custom Offsets .... 275 is gonna look awful skinny on a 6” lift ..... But it’s your truck .... I’d look at 285 min .... But 295 would be better

The 275 is on my current stock tires. Can 295s fit on the stock rims? I believe the size of the Toyos is 35x12.5x20

Toyo has both, and both will fit with 2 spacers, if you have 9” wide wheels

Here’s my 6” lift with 35’s. My rims are 20x12 -44 though. And I did have to remove the mud flaps and cut the plastic from the back fender so it wouldn’t rub because of the offset.

Setup looks sick! I'm even more excited to get mine now. Just waiting on the kit to arrive.

Thanks! That’s the first pics I have actually taken lol. This is my first lift and the ride is great. Factory if not better. I got the Zone with Fox coil overs. And the tires are **** Cepek Trail Country EXPs. Ride is good. I don’t know how rain and snow handling is yet. Not much rain or snow in Vegas.

How are you liking those Trail Country's? I just put a set on a month ago but having issues with balancing so not sure if I'm going to keep them? Took it back a few days ago and they go them pretty close but not as good as my last set of Nittos were. Afraid they are going to wear out prematurely if I can't get a good balance on them.

So far no balance issues. I do have a wheel that’s about to get replaced because it has a side wobble so waiting for that to come in but the others did take about 3oz I think to balance. But mine seem to be balanced well. I only have a few hundred miles on them and they have been on less than a month. Now the alignment isn’t completely center but that’s just a gripe from my OCD lol.

Here is mine. It's a 6" BDS with Toyo Open Country Extreme 35x12.5x20 tires with fuel Hostage 20x10-12 offset wheels.9009cee5b2c101509eeabdbf83c4b0a9.jpgb5b87a133ee71ba7c10b481fe07b70a3.jpg2e32625ad2fdaf7c3c924fd65fd319fd.jpg

Nice. DO you like the 6" or do you wish you would have gone bigger?

The 6" was the biggest kit they had for my truck. I almost went with a 4" but decided at the last minute to go with the 6". I can go up another 2" or so with my Bilsteins or do a body lift but I'm pretty happy with it where it is. All my angles are still good and it fits in my garage by about an inch or so.

Here’s mine, not a 1500 but it’s a 6” BDS lift with 35’s (325/50R22) 22x10 with -14 offset

All 5th gens require a lift even the 2500’s imo. They are way too low. We had a guy come in over the winter with a 2500. The snow play was making the front end scrape. Which is ridiculous for a 3/4 ton truck
