Yeah dealers hate it when you go in there with paperwork from all of the above you mentioned. I also went in there with an estimate from Truecar for the truck I was looking to buy. If they don't want to get close to the numbers in front of them, I walk out! Probably why it took me nearly 4 months to get a deal made! But I ended up getting good money for my trade & nearly 20% off sticker for the truck I bought. Not a great deal but I feel it was a very good one.I use KBB, Edmund's, NADA for valuation. KBB is usually high, Edmund's middle, and NADA low, so I normally use Edmund's "True Market Value" regional valuation guide for negotiating selling and buying. Minimal hassles with both work for me.
