I am replacing the headlight bulbs today and was wondering if the tabs that hold down the cover, to get the grill off, are reusable, or do I need to run to harbor freight and grab a box of them before starting?

They are reusable. Now, experience talking, go get a box just in case as you will think you’re being careful and one will break when you look at it wrong.

I have a set of red plastic levers that are designed to pop out those plastic push-ins. I haven't broken any on the Ram. Yet. Lol

That's helpful. If you're his neighbor lol OP, you'll break them though. Mine were broken on one side for years until I just replaced my old headlights with new ones and did the tabs too. As long as the get the bottom lip of the grill in the slot, it'll be fine if you don't have the tabs. It won't move.

After having my grill in and out for what seems like once a week, I finally after 9 years broke one lol. Just be easy putting them back in. That is how mine broke.

Look around the forums, you don't need to take the grill off to change headlights. If you have a long extension you can reach the bottom interior bolt by removing the corner of the cover that goes across the radiator. I have done it a few times already installing LEDs in my truck.
