What prep did you do for the bumpers? Not sure if I wanna do paint or plasti dip for mine. Also make sure to get high heat paint for the tail pipe, the one I used was rated for up to 2000 degrees

Honestly....very minimal.
I'd wash it down so there is no dirt on it....then spray away
Of course mask the unwanted parts off. Lol

I windex'd the bumper then washed it clean and taped off just the rear parts as any other overspray would be easy to remove then sprayed away. I love the look now. Have a small amount of clean up to do on the bumper step but very minimal.

This will be installed this weekend with some more plastidip on the way!

Great question on mounting location for now probably in the bumper slot if I can fab a mount back far enough. Then the future holds a Kore bumper with this on it. That's a ways out though.

What size did you go with? I would live one of these but with my bumper the only feasible mount is a roof mount, so I may get one later in time when a mount like that is available for our trucks.. I think I remember bully's say that it was cominh

Mine is 41" it fits in the slot where the plastic piece is on the bumper now.

It is driving me nuts not being able to get the light bar in. I can't wait for the relay harness to arrive! I am going to have to cut and drill a new hole for my licenses plate since IL is strict on the front licenses plate law. But since I plan on ordering new plates these will be the test ones.

I never got a plate cover mine just mounts to the bumper. Might need to order one.

Front bumper was done today. I had to cut some of the bumper out of the mouth to fit the led light bar which will hopefully be on tomorrow. As well as door handles and HIDs. That will be it for mods for a while as I decided with the help of mattman on doing an AR build.

Thanks! Yeah I finally got a chance to take a pict of the door handles they are awesome. Once you do one or two they are a breeze besides all the holes in the plastic door panel part haha.
