Hi all I'm a new member here. I have a 2009 Ram 1500 and when I wash my truck through a carwash the undercarriage gets undercard gets washed and if it's cold something freezes after I park it and then when I go to reuse it my my shifter moves but does not engage in the transmission. When I take it from drive and put it back into Park it grinds. I had it to a dealer and I can't seem to find anything wrong with it. Anyone ever had this issue before?

The issue would be in solenoid pack or valve body. If you find a kit and do it yourself, consider using redline c+ fluid to put back, it has better cold properties then mopar fluid. You have the 545rfe, the info would be basically the same, just find that kit. Watch the video, the VB and solenoid pack are a weakness in rfe, or can I say they could have been better.
