Axle locker system issue

Anyone have issues with their axle locker system? Recently upgraded from my 2004 2500 to a 2021 Power Wagon and in less then 200 miles I’m getting a service axle locker system. Never used the axle locker or 4WD. Truck is already back at the dealership, now my concern is if they have to go into the diff., there’s a chance of premature rust wherever they loosen bolts.

you probly have electric gremlin, because of the nanny. the locker assembly is not complex with small parts that easily wearout. many of us bypass the nanny
