I just wanted to pass on that I gave the Eco its first real test the last couple of days and man am I impressed. I've got a dump trailer and have been running loads of base soil back and forth to the house at the rate of 4 cubic yards at a time. With the weight of the trailer, I'm just shy of 8000lbs and this little oil burner just phuckin eats it up. I can't believe how much grunt it has pulling and even with the 8k lbs I'm still averaging 15.5 MPGs. Super happy with it.

Looks like you got lucky being on the water and a great truck.

I loved towing my 5k boat over a mountain and getting 18mpg.

Agreed! I pulled a fully loaded 16' enclosed trailer weighing about 7000 lbs from Oregon to S. Carolina and the EcoD never missed a beat.
