I have a Bak Flip MX-4 on a 6-4 bed .Had a little leak by the middle of one fold hinge. Called the company __in 3 days had a brand new one on my door step no out of pocket and they said to keep the old one and that is after having it for year and half on my truck. So I would go with them through my experience with their service on warranty

Just thought of this question: did you call Tonneau or whomever you purchased the item from?

I got mine from autoanything.com They gave me direct number to Bak- Flip and they gave me new one 3 days later. Also my freind had a problem they also replaced his. I swear by this cover out of five brands I had for all my pickups this is the best one so that is all I can say. And no I don't work or sell them. Lol

I got mine from tonneaucovered and have no complaints about the product at all. I'd take posts on Amazon with a half pound of salt.

Edit/added: When you read what people say about a product, there are several issues that can tip off the reader that their criticism is not valid. They say that the product does "x," but they don't offer any information about what they tried to do to correct it. Then they offer advice on what ***you*** should do, namely, spend a little more money and get some other named product. Guess what? Their review is phony. They're just pushing another product.
