Banks intake elbow install

Hi all, I have purchased the Banks intake elbow for my 17 3500 Cummins . Unfortunately there is no one in my area that does any performance diesel work (it’s hard enough to find a competent diesel tech for regular maintenance).. is there anyone on the forum that could direct me to a good tech/shop in Iowa or Sioux Falls SD area.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

It is really not hard to do yourself. It took me four hours, but I had to make a couple of trips to get tools. A 19mm Crows-foot for torquing the Fuel lines is a must.
