Battery Saver Mode

2014 RAM 2500 4x4 240,000 New Batteries, Dodge Service installed new Alternator after two weeks on the new batteries. Now getting Battery Saver Mode. running at 11V. It was 15 degrees this AM ram into 2 degree weather after engine was running at 195 degrees, went into Battery Saver Mode.
Ideas? Bad new Alternator?

11V at first start up in cold weather is normal while the grid heater is being actuated.
The voltage should come up after 20 seconds or so.
What was the voltage after 1 minute of idle? It should go upto about 14.6 and once the battery becomes recharged it will lower voltage down and fluctuate to around 13.5 to 12.8 depending on conditions.

15 degrees out, cycled twice, started fine. After warming up to 195 outside temp dropped to 2 degrees, have the front 'bra' on. Battery Saver Mode kicked in. It did not disable any function. This is on a Tradesman.

Voltage stayed at 11v even after 40 minutes. Went out to restart after an hour of sitting and it acted funny on start up.

Sounds like bad alternator or connections.

Do you have a hand held voltmeter? When the engine is running, it usually measures 14 plus volts. As the batteries charge, that voltage will gradually decrease to maybe around 13.2v. All this is if the alternator is working correctly.

After driving for 20 minutes It went down to 11v and stayed at 11v . Went into battery saver mode. Dealer said Air heater Intake Relay was stuck on, another $226 ! Thanks though!
