Today I tried out the bulb type battery Tester. About $20 from NAPA. This Ultra Pro worked well in determining if my battery cells were in Good Fair or Low condition. All were fair except first cell. Rechecked first cell at the" fill-line" and it changed to fair condition. Still brought in battery to warm up to inside room temperature then recharge it tonight. Forecast -30 C tonight.
