I'm lost by people nowadays I guess. Here we lift trucks for ground clearance, not driving up and down the street.

Some people like the look of a lifted truck... pretty simple... not sure what's so confusing by that

" look at my 450hp lifted truck, I drive it all through town at 35mph all day long". Doesn't seem odd?

So by that definition, you find sports cars such as the Hellcat "odd"? After all, a lifted truck, a Prius and a Hellcat can only travel the speed limit... so why have anything at all really? Let's all drive Lada Niva's with 24 inch wheels and fist ourselves because some ***** on a message board finds it odd and unnecessary to do something that he wouldn't lol

Move along... your opinion matters not

I would lift it, I did mine. I also take it where lifted trucks go, the mud.

Hopefully your gonna bring the front up too. Unless a lifted truck with a huge rake is in style too and i didn't get the memo.

Well, the day is finally here... I'm away on vacation so a buddy of mine took my truck down this evening to the off road shop and the lift, wheels, tires and flares are being installed... I'll be home late Saturday night and picking it up on Sunday... alignment scheduled for Monday morning... pics will be posted Sunday after I clean it all up...

Booyah!

P.S. Hi, gassersarentdead, ya big fruity two shoes caulk smoker... *hugs*

Like the wheels. I took the red inserts off mine yesterday and didn't know if I'd like the all black look, but i do. Gonna have to get new heads and tails though cause they stick out bad.

It's up 5.5" in the rear and 6.5" in the front... I'm sure the front will settle an inch...
