Hey guys just noticed something about my truck the other day. The passenger side bed seems to be off. I'm picky as hell so maybe its just me. I'll post some pics, it seems that even if I try to move it, it will be off no matter what. Hard to tell through pics but I tried. Driver side body lines run flush where as the passenger side is not so much. Odd thing is I saw another 4x4 crew cab at the gas station, I eyeballed his and it looked off the same?????
Pic 1 is good side

Yeh checking the Lines and Gaps on a Vehicle before purchase is important but can be missed with all the exitement of purchasing. The box fasteners can all be loosened up then the box aligned side to side and cab to box, bumper to box adjustements gaps checked at same time but before the Tech should do that will need to check if the Cab is Centered where it needs to be first. Good Catch, get em to fix it!

It is used, but still have 5k left on bumper to bumper but Im going to put a bodylift on anyway so most likely they can adjust it then right?

yeah, just adjust when you put the body lift on. You'll have it all apart anyway.

So long as the bed is in the slip stream of the cab then it should be fine? I was super fussy and OCD until I bought home a Ram. My bed being slighly more to one side is nothing to what other things I seen,.

I bought a brand new 2014 and noticed my bed was off like that when I washed it the first time. I just brought it to the dealer and they had it fixed in less than an hour.

Mine was like that when it was new. It had 13 miles on it when I bought it. Turned out the cab was what was crooked. They had to loosen all 8 body mounts on the cab and realign it. They had it for 2 days. I'm really ocd about my vehicles so I made them fix it. Never thought to look at body gaps on a BRAND NEW TRUCK.

MY 2015 bed is in from the cab on both sides equally. Seems it is narrower overall than the body. At least they centered it--hey, it's a truck.
