First post. New Limited owner here. Previous 5.7 sport ram owner. didn't see any info on this so i gambled and ordered bedrug for a non rambox in the hopes it would fit with trimming. it did. i forgot to take after photos but maybe i will soon. trimmed along the fender cutout straight forward and back. interesting how little area the rambox actually deleted from the standard bed. Here is a photo of all that i trimmed. i didn't need the side walls carpeted, so i got just the bottom. saved over half for the sidewalls version. Tailgate is the same size. I know not everyone wants a bedrug. but i like it for my use. its the 5'7" bed.
This is what. bought. Just over $200.

One of the best things I ever bought for my 4th gen. Just picked up an excellent condition used one for my son's 5th gen (he was jealous of mine).

I owned a truck accessory shop in Montana for many years. People came in wanting sprayed in bedliners - until they saw the BedRugs in my personal trucks. More than half changed their minds and bought a BedRug! If you really work your truck, have dirty crap in it all the time, get a spray-in. But for the rest of us, BedRug with a roll-up bed cover is da bomb. And you can have both - spray it and put a BedRug floor-only version in, remove it when you need to do dirty work, throw it back in when finished.

The BedRug is the best kept secret in the history of trucks.

Have you compared it to their other product
The Bed MAT

I don't know if it is made the same way

From Real Truck website:

Our Bedmats solve these two basic inherent issues with your existing liner and are constructed of the same, durable material as the complete BedRug liner at an economical price point.

Truck Hero, Real Truck, & Bedrug are all the same company

Maybe I dont do really dirty work, but Ive left my BedRug in while transporting mulch, dirt, rental tools, etc.

It pressure washes back to basically new, so I dont really worry to much about what gets on it. I do occasionally remove it from the bed to get out what may have gotten underneath or to the sides of it, but I have a spray in liner as well so Im not too worried about the bed integrity.

Still probably the best purchase I made for my truck. I don't camp, but if I did Id seriously consider sleeping on it all night.

Gtyankee - what i installed is called a "BedRug XLT Bed Mat". so yeah same material on the bottom, just doesn't wrap up the sidewalls. i previously had the one in your picture but for a rambox, on my last truck. but i wanted the tailgate connected to the bedrug/bedmat to cover the gap. I guess thats the reason for my post. But yes, its the same material from what i can tell.

Bed rug is a good idea. Much warmer when sleeping in the bed of your truck. I had one in a Toyota pick up once.
The question is, why would anyone want a 5'7" truck bed?

Found a 2022 Big Horn crew cab 1500 with the 6'4" bed. Kinda a unicorn, Ive nicknamed it the UniHorn.

some ppl want or NEED a truck with the largest cab possible,
the Crew Cab with a 5' 7" Bed is great, for ppl that do not need the bed for hauling

It is the same Length as a Quad Cab with a 6' 4" bed,
which is what i have owned, since January 2009,
(2 different Dodge Rams)

Personally, i have absolutely no use for a CREW Cab with a 6" 4" bed.
Where i live, i could not park in front of the building, driveway is too short, street parking is not available.

Yep, my 2017 is a quad cab. Son has the '22 crew cab with 6'4" bed.

Its "only" 9" difference between the 5'7" and 6'4" but add in the full size rear doors and its a noticeably longer truck. He goes to jobsites so there arent exactly lined parking spots, so the bigger truck doesn't really affect that for him. Parked next to my truck, you can see it clear as day.

OTOH, the back seat room in the crew cab is ridonkulous.
