I got my BedRug installed today. The hardest part was getting the old drop-in liner out. Just stick all the velcro pieces to the BedRug, put it in the truck, then take the adhesive backing off one piece at a time. It fits pretty good, but might need a few more strips on the floor towards the back and the center of the tailgate.

Hell, I really don't need it. :D (or the truck!)

I have gotten by with just a bedmat on both of the trucks.

They actually make one that's just a mat, without the side walls or tailgate portion. They have one for the factory drop-in liner and one for no liner/spray in liner. I actually just ordered one for my father-in-laws birthday for $82 on Amazon.

The 4th gens don't have removable tie down clevis', they are welded in. You just cut slits in the sides of the cover so they stick out.

I have a bed cover that's not pictured, so most of the time the truck is a 5'7" trunk. I still plan to use the truck as a truck and the bedrug will see mulch, firewood, and whatever else I need to toss in there. It just washes out like a plastic liner.

Just received mine this week but the weather has been too cold, instructions says it need to be at least 68 degrees before installing.
Glad to hear it so easy to install.

Congrats! It was cold when I installed mine but I was able to pull in the shop at work to warm it up a little.

I wonder if you can install these over a spray in liner?

I think you can. You might have to sand down the spots where the velcro sticks so they are smooth. You might also check out the BedRug bed mat. It's just the floor section of the bedrug. We installed one that fits over the factory drop in liner in my father in laws truck last weekend and it looks great!

why would you put one of these in OVER a spray in liner. seems like if you got one, you dont need the other.

i had no idea the bedrugs could withstand so much abuse. thats awesome!
