Belltech kit quetions

I have been looking at 2/4 kits for my 2010 crew cab and was wondering whats the difference between the 963 and 964 springs? the places I've looked online show only springs and bump stops come with the 963 kit, do the crew cabs not need the trac bar relocator or rear sway bar ends? also whats a good budget shock I can run? are the kyb shocks any good if so are Kyb565038 rear, 565127 front the correct part numbers? thanks in advance for the help!!

963 is for 09-18 Ram & 19 Ram Classic Quad and Crew Cabs
964 is for 09-18 Ram & 19 Ram Classic Regular Cabs

Different spring rates for each kit due to weight but otherwise the both look the same and come with all the same parts. Here is a pic of what each kit will look like.
