for my 2014 Ram 1500 Express Quad cab with the 6'4" Bed ??? I watched a bunch of Youtube videos and read a lot of Amazon reviews and a lot of them look the same despite different pricing. I want one that sits up on top that gives an extra inch or so underneath and I don't care if it covers the stake holes. Something pretty water tight too... Include links if you can. TIA

They look the same because they are all made by the same company lol ....

I got the Gator FX quad fold from gator covers ... Gator Covers is BAKFLIP's parent company and they hold the patents for every single tonneau cover out there ... why pay the extra $100-$400 for a cover ? Go with the Gator covers you won't regret it ...

I love my peragon cover. It folds locks and can be completely removed very easily if you need to use the bed. It's also easy to install

Oh that is pretty cool then ... these guys have been around since the late 90s, we had these bed covers on our trucks when I worked at a wheel company ....
Nice I really like it a lot got it last March no issues and no leaks. I spent the extra money so I did not have to drill into anything. Took me about 4 hours to install it. I like the fact that you can take it out. I have a few times and it's pretty easy

Are you saying that you need the cover to be 1" above the bed ??

My backflip G2 is level with the bed side rails

I installed the Gator FX Quad fold hard top on my 2020 1500DT a month ago. Got it off Amazon. Took a couple of hours to install, no drilling at all. Works well, nice hard top that folds back easily and locks good. Still leaks a little at one corner, but I’m working that.

Mostly Back corner, near tailgate, drive side . In a heavy rain, I’ll also get a weird drip passenger side at the third fold joint, about six inches inboard just about where the wheel well hump curves down to the bed floor. Head scratcher…..

Get wider weather strips to go on the rail up front and it will allow you to move it a bit more back to close up that gap towards the rear ..... I had to work with mine a bit from the inside with everything closed in the dark to see where I could see light lol ...didn't take that long but it worked ... now don't try it now with this heat ! lol

Thanks. That’s what I was thinking too. I’m going to try that when I get home next week.
