Not technically a mod but it was less than $25. When I purchased my Ram used in 2020 it did not have a lug wrench. Since then I have been using a 4 way lug wrench and a pair of pliers to lower the spare tire.
On Tuesday I ordered a new lug wrench/tire jack handle. It's beefier that the stock kit and seems better constructed.

Access G2 bed pockets and a grabber bar that doubles as a cargo stop
All in for about $60
These pockets are great for tie downs, rags and small parts
Grabber bar has a hook on one end. They also make an extendable one for those with 8’ beds

Stock Muffler/resonator removed and added Dynomax Race Bullet(24222). Yeah it sounds like it should now.

I read all 293 pages of this forum (and now have thousands of dollars planned out in "under $100 mods") but couldn't believe that I'm the first to post this one. While there's been other bed storage options, this is by far the cheapest. This 2x4 just slides right into the existing bed slots. I put a scrap spacer block to keep my craftsman set from sliding left to right, but it fits perfect. I put one up front too for my chains, jumper cables, zip ties, etc.

Also I made a "free" gauge pod in the dash using the existing pointless cubby above the 110 outlet with a little super glue, a plastic lid, and some flat black paint I had laying around. I used it to hold the gauge for my airlift compressor

Upgraded my reverse lights to LED. Ordered more bulbs for the interior and license plate lights, and the OEM-style switch to add a light to my upper glovebox.

Got a neoprene console cover yesterday. Same material and look of my RoughCountry seat covers. It's a tight fit and does not move around. Now I'm not burning my arm when I get it and a lot more comfortable than just the original lid.
